My name is Jose Marcano, founder of JM Computers, and I hope I can be of service to you.  I will be the one answering your questions and addressing your computer needs and requirements.  I specialize in Personal Computer set-up and installation, repairs, upgrades, networking, administration, and even tutoring for first-time users or users just in need of some extra help.  At JM Computers, we cater to both Home and Small Business environments and I have experienced and knowledgeable associates who are available to assist me for larger projects.  I offer very competitive hourly rates for quality work done, and provide negotiable service contracts for those requiring additional aid.

I have been working for home and small business clients with on and off-site computer service for the past 5 years. During that time I have worked with two IT companies while expanding my business.

Up until now, all of my new accounts were obtained through word of mouth from satisfied customers.  This method proved to be a steady and productive way of expanding my client base.  Due to this constant expansion, I am now devoting my full time and energies into JM Computers.  I hope to generate a faster paced growth with the help of advertising in order to continue my development in this sector.
